All PC candidates file conviction-free Statements of Disclosure
Manitoba’s Progressive Conservatives are proud to be the first party to have officially nominated
candidates in all 57 constituencies across Manitoba.
“Our PC team is a united and experienced team of community leaders who are ready to continue the important work of moving Manitoba forward,” said Scott Fielding, PC candidate for Kirkfield Park. “We have presented the most diverse slate of candidates in our party’s history, including 22 women, and we look forward to continuing to make life more affordable for Manitobans.”
“Our PC team believes that Manitobans deserve to know important details about those who are seeking to represent them in the Manitoba Legislature,” said Sarah Guillemard, PC candidate for Fort Richmond. “That’s why I was pleased to introduce important legislation to increase openness and transparency in our electoral process by requiring candidates to disclose major criminal offences.”
Manitobans value honesty and want to know that when they mark their ballot for a candidate, they are making a properly-informed decision. Wab Kinew has tried to hide from his personal and political record, but Manitobans deserve to know the truth.
Why is Wab Kinew and the NDP still refusing to come clean with Manitobans and file their statements of disclosure?
Manitobans can only come to one conclusion: Wab Kinew and the NDP are a risk we can’t afford.
