About Colleen

Born in Deloraine, Colleen Robbins has long called the close-knit community of Souris her home.

A nurse by profession, Colleen brings both compassion and grit to every role she embraces. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to build local businesses and serve as President of the Souris Chamber of Commerce, where she became a passionate advocate for small business and rural economic development. Colleen’s leadership style is defined by authenticity, tenacity, and a belief in uplifting others.

Her dedication to service continues through volunteer work on numerous boards and organizations, including Manitoba Crime Stoppers and To the Stan and Back, a charity devoted to supporting veterans and frontline personnel living with PTSD. With boundless energy and unwavering purpose, Colleen has lent her voice and vision to causes that make a lasting difference.

A lifelong Conservative volunteer, Colleen’s involvement spans many election campaigns and party roles, where her knowledge and drive have earned the respect of peers across Canada.

As a devoted wife to Rick, loving mother of three, and proud nana to eight energetic grandchildren, Colleen’s greatest joy has always been rooted in family. Her warmth and generosity extend far beyond her household, touching lives throughout her community with tireless commitment and care.

Colleen looks forward to continuing her dedication to community and advocacy for rural Manitobans as the next MLA for Spruce Woods.
