Andrew Frank was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin where he learned the value of hard work, service to community, and the importance of valuing everyone in society.
Andrew has called northeast Winnipeg his home for over 30 years while building a successful career and raising his family. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Winnipeg-based Vista Medical, overseeing the company's activities in over 30 countries around the world.
Andrew believes in giving back to his community and has been an active volunteer in the Concordia area. For five years, he served as the Winnipeg Harvest Foodbank Coordinator for the East Winnipeg Foodbank, helping those who have recently arrived in Canada or have found themselves facing tough times. He served as a board member for The Kings School, a local school with an active program helping refugees and new Canadians as they settle in Manitoba. Andrew has also enjoyed getting to know his neighbours and their families as the coach of his youngest son's flag football team.
He is married to Elizabeth and together they are the proud parents of two sons. He is proud to be a positive voice for Concordia as part of a strong, united PC team that is working hard to build a better Manitoba.
