Sarah Langevin is a passionate community activist who is proud to call Elmwood her home. She hopes to continue her service to the community in a new role as a strong, effective voice for Elmwood in the Manitoba Legislature.
Sarah was born and raised in Winnipeg. She holds a Legal Administration Diploma from CDI College and has taken numerous courses in pursuit of a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Winnipeg. Sarah has worked for the past 10 years in communications with the Government of Manitoba.
Sarah is very active in the Elmwood community. She has served as a board member with the Elmwood Resource Centre, a volunteer with Riverwood Church, and was a founding member of the local Sunshine Group which helps Elmwood residents through difficult personal situations.
Sarah is the proud mother of Mark and Hailey, who are also active in their community through many sports including soccer and martial arts. Sarah believes that great communities require effective leadership and a passion for the people who live and work there. She is ready to bring that leadership and passion to Elmwood as part of a new Progressive Conservative team with a better plan for Manitoba.
