Biography:
Stu Briese is a Neepawa resident who was first elected to represent Ste. Rose in 2007. Stu has also held the Intergovernmental Affairs critic portfolio during his time in office. As past president of the Association of Manitoba Municipalities and former member of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Stu has advocated for the people of the Ste. Rose community on many issues over many years. With his years of political experience and running a grain and cattle farm, Stu brings to the Legislature a vast knowledge of rural and municipal issues. Stu has four grown children and continues to run a fourth-generation grain and cattle farm.
