Biography:

Since his election in 1999, Larry Maguire has used his expertise to help give farmers a voice in the Legislature.
During his time in office, Larry has held a variety of critic portfolios including: Finance, Rural Initiatives, Intergovernmental Affairs, Infrastructure and Transportation, Government Services and InlandPort.

In addition to being a farmer for more than 30 years, he has played an active role in various farm and industry organizations for more than 18 years. Larry was a former president of the Western Canadian Wheat Growers Association and a founding member of the Keystone Agricultural Producers.

He is an active volunteer throughout Arthur Virden and is eager to continue to build on the successes the constituency has enjoyed since he became MLA.

Larry and his wife Beryl have two children, Tim and Laura.
