Biography:

Both Blaine and his wife Dianne are lifelong Carman residents who have been actively involved in their community from the get-go and have no plans to slow down. Blaine has held various critic portfolios during his time in office including: Competitiveness, Training and Trade.

Through Blaine's many years in the farming and feedlot industries he has developed a reputation for being hard-working, fair and honest.

Blaine believes communities must work together to realize their potential and address short-comings. Revitalizing the Carman constituency in consultation with residents, from youth to seniors, is his top priority.
